24. Policy governing Intellectual Property Protection and Infringement Claims

www.tradentrade.com does not believe in violating intellectual property rights of others, either Users or Members. Also, the Site expects the same from transacting parties. However, in the unfortunate event of infringement of intellectual property rights of others www.tradentrade.com has developed a mechanism to facilitate the affected parties.

www.tradentrade.com is just a online platform to facilitate the needs of Users and businesses and is in no way an expert on identifying violators of copyright laws or intellectual property felons. However, the Site highly appreciates the feedback of customer in identifying such violators as on a daily basis numerous businesses post thousands of products. www.tradentrade.com cannot identify whether they are offering genuine products or violating intellectual property rights of others. Your co-operation in this regard is in valuable to us.

www.tradentrade.com does not in any way consider itself as a judge or point of arbitration for indentifying products infringing copyright laws. www.tradentrade.com does not in any way endorse a claim of infringement if it accepts a list of products. Also, when www.tradentrade.com declines to accept a list does not imply that it is not infringing intellectual property and copyright laws. All in all, www.tradentrade.com does not in any way condone the selling and purchasing of products that violate intellectual property and copyright laws.

By submitting a report on listing of products that infringe intellectual property rights or copyright laws to www.tradentrade.com the User has agreed and acknowledged to indemnify www.tradentrade.com from possible claims of reimbursement or compensation from usage of goods and services that pose a possible damage to the User either in terms of monetary or reputation wise.

The following procedure should be adhered with in order to report a possible listing which allegedly infringes intellectual property and copyright laws:

1. If the User is certain that the listing of products on www.tradentrade.com violates intellectual property rights, trademark laws and patents then the Notice of Claimed IPR Infringement Form should be downloaded and submitted after filling via mail.

2. Once the duly filled form is received www.tradentrade.com promptly responds by sending a notice to the accused party and seeks their response within certain time duration. The notification sent to the accused party contains contact information of the party accusing so that both can mutually sort out the dispute.

3. If the alleged party fails to offer an explanation or provide a suitable response within the allocated time frame and are not able to offer proof for selling the listing of products then www.tradentrade.com will dismember the listing of products in question.

4. The accused party may even retort by countering the accusation with a notice for disputing the claim. Further action will be taken once the accusing party submits a notice responding that action has been taken against the violators in a court of competent jury for infringement of copy right and intellectual property right laws.
